Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Free 2-day US shipping on orders over $99, from US warehouses. Orders placed before 2pm CT on business days ship the same day. Larger items (cockpits, seats, complete simulators) ship via tracked freight — we contact you to schedule delivery.

Returns

30-day return window on unused products in original packaging. Start a return by emailing info@skionracing.com with your order number — we send you a prepaid label and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Exceptions

Some products are excluded from returns for hygiene or licensing reasons (worn merch, opened software/setup packs). Any exclusion is stated clearly on the product page before you buy — no surprises.

Damaged in transit?

Photograph the packaging and product before anything else, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle the carrier claim — you get a replacement, not a runaround.
